Precision engineering meets raw energy. Our Uzen Oilfield refinery
outputs adhere to the most rigorous international standards,
ensuring reliability for global infrastructure.
Aviation Fuel
Uzen Oilfield produces premium, world-class aviation kerosene
strictly meeting both Jet A-1 and high-altitude RT specifications.
Our aviation fuels are relied upon by major international airlines
traversing trans-continental Eurasian corridors, executing
thousands of flights daily without a single quality deviation
recorded across more than two decades of continuous supply
operations.
Aviation safety tolerates absolute zero deviation. Our exhaustive
fractional distillation process ensures the complete elimination
of crystalline particulate impurities and microscopic water
content, fully neutralizing the risk of high-altitude fuel line
freezing or combustion chamber hesitation. Every batch undergoes
triple-stage laboratory validation before a single litre leaves
the facility perimeter.
We supply Jet A-1 fuel directly to Kazakhstan's major
international airports including Almaty, Nursultan, and Aktau. In
addition, our strategic reserves and pipeline connectivity
guarantee uninterrupted supply during peak seasonal air traffic.
The full batch traceability documentation system — from crude
input to final hydrant dispenser — is available to all commercial
airline partners upon request and meets IATA standards.

Bitumen
Uzen Oilfield Bitumen Material Plant (BMP) produces a
comprehensive range of bitumen materials suitable for road,
roofing, and airport sectors. We are actively in the production of
modified bitumen, which will extend the life service and
maintenance of road surfaces from three years to seven years. The
BMP sold over 745 thousand tonnes of Bitumen in Kazakhstan, CIS,
and overseas.
Bitumen is a sticky, black, and highly viscous liquid or
semi-solid form of petroleum. It may be found in natural deposits
or may be a refined product. The primary use — 70% — of asphalt is
in road construction, where it is used as the glue or binder mixed
with aggregate particles to create asphalt concrete. Its other
main uses are for bituminous waterproofing products, including the
production of roofing felt and for sealing flat roofs.
Naturally occurring asphalt is sometimes specified by the term
"crude bitumen". Its viscosity is similar to that of cold
molasses, while the material obtained from the fractional
distillation of crude oil boiling at 525°C is sometimes referred
to as "refined bitumen". Our advanced road, roofing, and
structural bitumen varieties are chemically engineered on a
molecular level to withstand extreme continental temperature
fluctuations — from 50°C summer asphalt heat to -40°C arctic
winters.
Road Bitumen
Road oil bitumen is obtained by the oxidation of products of the
direct distillation of oil and selective separation of oil
products. Area of application: binder for the construction and
repair of road and airfield coatings. The company has completed
the program for setting up production of bitumen according to the
requirements of the new interstate standard GOST 33133-2014. The
new standard implies the expansion of methods for assessing
quality characteristics that finished products should have —
standard parameters such as conditional viscosity indicators and
resistance to high-temperature influences, alongside bitumen
resistance to aging during transportation and in the preparation
of asphalt mix.
Bitumen Emulsions and Mastics
Bitumen emulsion is an optimally selected material consisting of
bitumen, emulsifier, water, and other additives, which ensures the
dispersion of bitumen particles in the aqueous phase. Bitumen
emulsion is used for road works and waterproofing structures for
surface treatment of asphalt during construction work. Bitumen
emulsions in accordance with GOST R 52128-2003 are produced at the
company's refinery and shipped to regional infrastructure projects
across Central Asia.
Polymer-Bitumen Binders (PBB)
Polymer-bitumen binders (PBB) are materials based on modified
bitumen by the addition of polymers such as SBS
(styrene-butadiene-styrene) and plasticizers. PBB differ from
traditional bitumen in increased resistance to deformation;
improved properties at high and low temperatures; and increased
resistance to aging. PBB are used in road and airfield
construction. By innovatively blending specialized SBS polymers
during the extreme heat refining phase, our modified bitumen
radically extends the lifecycle of constructed super-highways by
an estimated 25 to 30%.
Building and Roofing Bitumen
Roofing bitumen is obtained by oxidation of residues of
atmospheric vacuum distillation of oil. In contrast to the
technology of road bitumen, the production of roofing grades
utilizes lighter raw materials under lower oxidation temperatures.
The result is an extremely flexible, permanently waterproof
membrane binder certified to GOST and EN standards — used
extensively in flat roof sealing, underground structure
waterproofing, and industrial pipeline corrosion protection across
Kazakhstan and the wider CIS market.
Construction Grade Reliability
Fully certified and compliant with the highest international
GOST and EN 12591 standards for hyper-heavy load highway
surfacing and crucial industrial waterproofing. Produced: BND
40/60, 60/90, 90/130, 130/200 grades.
Diesel Fuel
The heartbeat of industry does not stop for weather. Uzen Oilfield
confidently supplies three distinct, highly regulated seasonal
diesel grades — Summer, Winter, and extreme Arctic modifiers —
engineered to guarantee uninterrupted, high-torque engine
performance regardless of climatic freezing points across the
harshest operational environments on earth. Our diesel is the fuel
of choice for Kazakhstan's largest agricultural, construction, and
freight logistics operators.
All diesel batches are aggressively hydrotreated under intense
reactor pressure to achieve deep desulfurization, vastly enhancing
lubricity and shelf stability. The deep desulfurization process
reduces total sulfur content to below 10 parts per million — a
technical achievement that dramatically extends the service life
of high-precision diesel injection nozzles and particulate filters
in modern common-rail engine platforms.
Our Winter Diesel grade incorporates depressant additives that
maintain reliable pumpability and atomization at temperatures as
low as -35°C — critical for uninterrupted operations in northern
Kazakhstan, Siberian transit routes, and remote mining sites where
fuel system freeze presents genuine operational risk. The Arctic
modifier grade extends this to -50°C operational capability,
endorsed by multiple major mining corporations operating in the
extreme north.
Environmental K5 / Euro 6 Standard
Our diesel strictly adheres to the paramount K5 ecological class,
dramatically curtailing black particulate matter exhaust and
neutralizing nitrogen oxide emissions. This certification is a
vital protective mandate for modern commercial freight operations,
global agricultural machinery, and heavy municipal equipment
operating within dense urban boundaries. All products are
compliant with GOST 32511-2013 (K5) requirements and export-ready
for European Union import regulations.
